This one is all about bug fixes and perks balancing

Fixed the issue with Steam stats and achievements reset!
The wraith's prestige weapon will not flicker anymore.
Survivors will not lose pips when the killer leaves the game.
Many Killer perks should feel more balanced.
A general sense of well being should be felt by everyone.
